Can I customize my order?
Absolutely! We would love to help you give a beautiful and personalized gift to commemorate a special occasion. We have a variety of options available, but if you have something special in mind just shoot us a message and we can work together to come up with something perfect!
Can you add a logo for corporate gifts?
Yes, in most cases we can add a logo for corporate gifting. We will need to see the logo to verify. We can aslo easily add a name and/or company name too. There is a small additional fee to add logos.
What is your return policy?
Personalized items cannot be returned, all sales on personalized items are final. If an item is broken or damaged in shipping, the carrier will need to be contacted to provide compensation/insurance claim.
